These need some work; I could only get EITHER the water OR the flowers in proper focus.

 

 

(will have to try to work that better with my old point & shoot jobbie, as I did with my great lily shot)

Both varieties of peonies are in bloom at the same time this year!

You can almost see the life slipping away in this one ~ I think this is a marauded (is that a word?) nuthatch egg.
